Create your content first in a word processor (ie MS Word or similar) and save.
Select the text you wish to paste into the wiki page and copy. (Control C or File/Edit/Copy)
Navigate to the page where you are going to add your content.
Click the "Edit this page" button.
Click in the space where you want your text to go.
"Paste" your text into the wiki by holding down the Control key and pressing the V key.
Your text should now be "pasted" into the wikipage.
Click on the "Save" button to save your editing and the Preview button if you want to see what your content looks like.
OR:
Instead of pasting your text into the wiki page you can write directly into the wiki.
Select the page you wish to enter content on from the navigation bar to the left.
Click the "Edit this page" button.
Along the top of the page you have the basic text/images controls.
These are firstly, bold, italic and underline text.
The A is for selecting the colour of your text.
The next control is for selecting the size of your text. The default is Normal. Experiment.
The next two icons allow the editor to insert numbered or bulleted lists.

The next two icons are for inserting links into your page, mostly commonly used for link to other webpages. The first icon inserts the link, the second icon removes the link.
The green tree icon is for inserting images into the page. It can be left, right or center on the page.
The next icon the blue TV is for inserted widgets into the page. Widgets are the fancy bits like polls, video, calendars etc....

- The grey shape is for inserting symbols onto the page: ⌘© etc......
- The final icon is for inserting web code onto the page that would be created in a web page editor such as Front Page.
Go for it, you can't do anything horrible by editing a page as everything is saved and the wiki has a roll back feature, so everything can be undone!Note: only one person can edit a page at the same time: otherwise the computer gets all confused!
